Minced meat is best with eggs and mayonnaise!!
Yield: serves 2
Ingredients:
- 8 boiled eggs
- 150 g minced meat
- 5-10 table spoon mayonnaise
- proper amount of salt
- proper amount of pepper

Brown minced meat and season with salt and pepper.

Make perfect hard boiled eggs.

Slice the eggs in half.
Slice a small piece off the bottoms. The eggs can stand up.

Remove yolks to a bowl.

Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add the cooked minced meat, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
If these feel too stiff, add more mayonnaise.

Pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
This is a dinner!!
