What is “Hot cook”??
Automatic cooking pot without water !!
For example, this is meat sauce made with Hot cook (Model KN-HT99A) .
6 serves
1 onion(chopped) | *100g |
1 carrot(chopped) | *100g |
1 clove garlic(minced) | |
1/2 pound ground beef | *250 g |
1/2 can crushed tomatoes | *14 ounces |
1 and 1/2 Tbsp flour | |
3 Tbsp ketchup | |
2 Tsp consomme | |
proper amount of salt and paper | |
1 bay leaf |
after 30 minutes…
Serve over hot pasta, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and dried basil!

You don’t need water! (Only moisture of vegetables).

Since Hot cook utilizes the moisture contained in the ingredients, the taste is condensed. Furthermore, antioxidant vitamins C, folic acid and other nutrients are left more.

・Very easy to cook!! (Most Japanese recipes are as mentioned above. Just put ingredients and press the button. No heavy, no oily!! Because you don’t need to stir-fly in the progress. But I’m sorry, I don’t know whether international recipes are the same way.)
・Cutting down on eating out
Easy and tasty. The taste is different from my cooking. No need to eat out now.

Soup pasta
This is my favorite recipe!!
This recipe needs water.
2 serves
*120 g Pasta | |
* 1 Tbsp olive oil | |
600 ml water | |
100 g cabbage(large cut) | |
40 g carrot (hushed) | |
a can of tuna | *80 g |
30 g whole kernel corn | |
1 Tsp consomme | |
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce | |
salt & pepper | as you like |
*Coat pasta with the olive oil.
If you use long pasta, break it in half.
Serve and enjoy!
Cream of Nappa Cabbage soup
4 serves
500g Nappa Cabbage ( large cut) |
*100 g slab bacon (1 inch long) |
*2 packs shimeji(separated) |
*1 Tbsp flour |
1 clove garlic(minced) |
10 g butter |
200 ml milk |
2 Tsp consomme |
*Dredge the slab bacon and the shimeji in flour.
After 15 minutes…
Done!!
Fabulous!!
